This week the Adelaide Convention Centre hosts the biennial International CleanUp Conference 2024 – and Team Tellus will be well represented.
Tellus Managing Director and CEO, Nate Smith is presenting “What’s ubiquitous and opaque? A discussion of circular economy, ESG and waste,” on Wednesday from 13:05.
On Tuesday, General Manager Business Development Jade Ritchie will be speaking at 15:30 on the remediation of legacy contamination, presenting two in-depth case studies—including Tellus’ role in the recent successful remediation of a site at Hunters Hill in Sydney, which was contaminated with low-level radioactive waste for over 100 years.
The conference brings together delegates from Australia and around the world, representing all relevant areas of government, regulators, researchers and industry.
It comes at a critical time for the industry, as increasing community and media attention is focussed on PFAS – or “forever chemicals” – and their risk to environmental and community health.
Other focus areas include legacy chemical remediation, critical mineral by-product management and sustainability.
Drop in to Booth 31 at the International CleanUp Conference 2024 for a chat to Tim Sheldon-Collins, our Head of Sales, as well as Jade, about how we can help solve your hazardous material challenge.
