Tellus was proud to be a finalist for the 2025 Golden Gecko Awards for Environmental Excellence.
An initiative of the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (DMPE), the Golden Gecko Award celebrates outstanding environmental practices across the resources sector in WA.
Our submission focused on the environmental benefits of safely and permanently disposing of radioactive waste at Sandy Ridge. By eliminating the risks associated with indefinite surface storage, Australia’s environment, groundwater, and communities are protected.
